I’m Cat, a thirty-something perennial student who works at a University in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. After finishing my latest foray into formal education, it seemed like a good idea to use the extra time for a project.
In the Fall of 2014, I embarked on a hundred day challenge to eat only real foods – nothing processed or refined. Early into the challenge, I found myself not feeling better, which led to exploring food intolerances and trying to get the bottom of why my insides feel angry.
In the Spring of 2015, I tried a shorter, 2-week program to help heal my gut.
After a year away from the blog, I decided to return and write about my experiences participating in a Whole30 program, only this time, for 45 days – hence, the Whole45.
Fall 2016, in an effort to learn more about my relationship with technology, I decided to try out the 4-week program called More Social Less Media.
